Customer services should be governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), service-level terms, and where appropriate a data-processing or security addendum.

Managed services are provided only under a written agreement signed or otherwise accepted by authorized parties.

Patch management can reduce risk but cannot eliminate all vulnerabilities, outages, software defects, incompatibilities, cyberattacks, or business interruptions. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a guarantee that any system will be fully secure, continuously available, or free from vulnerabilities.

You may not use the website to violate law, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, conduct abusive automated activity, misrepresent your identity, or infringe the rights of Egan Security or others.

Before launch, have counsel complete this section. Your attorney should specify the governing law, venue, dispute-resolution terms and any required consumer or state-specific language based on the legal entity and principal place of business actually used by Egan Security.
