Managed Patch Management

Managed patch management that keeps your IT team moving.

Egan Security manages the patch lifecycle—from inventory and policy to staged deployment, verification, remediation and reporting—so your team can focus on higher-value work.

Focused service. Clear scope. No full-service MSP bundle required.

We work across a wide range of patching, endpoint, and vulnerability-management platforms. If your environment uses a different toolset, we can adapt our workflow to fit it.

One specialty

Patch management without the MSP noise.

We focus on the operational discipline around patching: visibility, prioritization, testing, deployment, verification and follow-through.

Endpoint Patching

Managed Windows workstation patching with defined maintenance windows, deployment rings, reboot behavior and exception handling.

Server Patching

Controlled patching for Windows servers with change windows, staged execution, reboot coordination and post-patch verification.

Third-Party Applications

Keep supported business applications current, including common browsers, utilities, collaboration tools and approved productivity software.

Patch Governance

Document patch scope, cadence, approval rules, deployment rings, exceptions, rollback expectations and escalation paths.

Critical Patch Response

Accelerated review and deployment workflows for high-risk security updates under the response targets defined in your service plan.

Reporting & Evidence

Monthly visibility into patch compliance, failures, exceptions, devices needing attention and actions completed during the service period.

The Egan patch cycle

A closed-loop process, not “set it and forget it.”

FAQ

Built for teams that want patching handled properly.

Are you a full-service MSP?

No. Egan Security is positioned as a focused managed patch-management provider. Help desk, networking, Microsoft 365 administration and unrelated IT support are outside scope unless separately agreed.

Can you use our existing patching tools?

Yes. Egan Security is designed to work with your existing patching, endpoint, and vulnerability management tools where practical. During discovery, we align the workflow to your current platform or define another supported approach when needed.

Do you guarantee every patch will install successfully?

No provider can responsibly guarantee that. The service should instead define deployment, verification, exception handling and remediation responsibilities.

What happens when a patch causes an issue?

Egan Security follows the agreed remediation and escalation process, which can include holding deployment, retrying, uninstalling or rolling back when supported, and coordinating with the customer or software vendor.

Start with visibility
